LuaLua out with most virulent type of malaria

You ever get that sinking feeling?
Today when I got home, I was quickly informed that our main striker Lomana LuaLua will be out for some time, after it was diagnosed today he contracted the most virulent type of malaria. Although it is not life-threatening, it is serious.
Our former striker Yakubu, now at Middlesbrough, was twice laid low by malaria after playing for Nigeria, but he contracted a milder form.
LuaLua collapsed at training and was rushed to Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham where malaria was diagnosed in the Medical Assessment Unit.
We now face the prospect of losing the talented LuaLua for several weeks and possibly longer if recovery is slower.
This is all we needed, especially with our well documented problems in front of goal. I bet Alain Perrin is wondering what he has done to deserve this bad luck.
Get well soon fella!
